Bookings
Create and publish a booking page
Set working hours, booking rules and questions, then share a link or embed your booking form.
Before you start
Create your workspace first. Before accepting bookings, each host needs a selected calendar that allows bookings.
On this page
1. Create a meeting type
- Open Meeting types and select New meeting type.
- Enter the Meeting name, Meeting address and description. The address becomes part of the public booking link.
- Choose Host assignment. Use One host for individual bookings; see team scheduling for shared and collective options.
- Set Duration (minutes), the time between start times, and any breaks before or after each meeting.
2. Choose when customers can book
Check the meeting type’s Timezone. Under Working days and hours, turn on the days you want to offer and enter their start and end times.
- Use Date-specific hours to close a date or replace its usual hours. Choose a date, select Add date, then choose closed or custom hours.
- Use Daily booking limit to cap bookings for this meeting type across its team. Leave it blank for no daily limit.
- Open Booking limits to set minimum notice, how far ahead customers can book, and limits on bookings and changes.
3. Add questions and save
Use Booking questions to collect information you need before an appointment. You can add up to ten questions. Check the participant limit and whether customers can invite colleagues, then select Save meeting type. Saving a meeting type does not publish its booking page.
4. Publish and share the link
- Find your saved meeting type and open Share and embed.
- Select Publish. If publishing is blocked, check the host’s calendar selection and permission to allow bookings.
- Use Copy link and open the public page to check the offered dates and times.
- Share that link with customers. They do not need a Schedivo account to book.
5. Add the form to your website
- In Share and embed, find Allow your website.
- Enter each website address on its own line, including https:// and without a page path. Add the www address separately if you use both versions.
- Select Save changes, then choose the Embed appearance: match the visitor’s device, Light or Dark.
- Use Copy snippet and paste it into an HTML or custom-code block on your website. An iframe option is also available.
- Check the form on the published website, including on mobile.
If no times are available
- Check the meeting’s working hours and timezone, minimum notice and how far ahead customers can book.
- Check for closed dates, booking limits, busy events in your connected calendars and breaks around meetings.
- For team meetings, check the selected hosts have joined the workspace and set up their calendars. Collective meetings require every selected colleague to be free.
- Check the booking page is published and the host has allowed bookings on their selected calendar.
