Attendees watch and listen. You decide when to invite someone into the conversation.
One short audience link
Share the same link with your audience. No Schedivo account or individual admission is needed. Anyone with the link can join once the scheduled start time arrives, subject to capacity.
See who wants to speak
View a raised-hand count and an ordered queue of requests, with an optional question from each attendee. Keep track of hands while using chat or sharing your screen.
Invite one speaker at a time
Choose an attendee to invite to speak. They accept and allow microphone access before speaking. Their camera stays off, and the host can return them to the audience.
Keep the conversation in chat
Attendees can use webinar chat while watching. Hosts can pause new hand requests and dismiss requests from the queue.
Know when to wrap up
The duration runs from the scheduled start time. Hosts see a warning when ten minutes remain, with a countdown until the webinar ends.

A webinar allowance for your company
The optional Webinars add-on includes 4 webinars per company per month, with up to 50 audience members and a duration of up to 60 minutes each. One webinar can run at a time per company.

The allowance is shared across all staff in the company. Each webinar counts towards the UTC calendar month in which it is scheduled to start. The host does not count towards the audience capacity.
Reserved when you create it
Creating a webinar reserves its allowance. Deleting it, ending early or having fewer attendees does not restore that allowance. There are no automatic paid overages.

Prepare your webinar in Schedivo
Workspace owners choose a host, start time, duration and audience capacity. A calendar event and email invitations are optional.
Read the webinar guideEarly arrivals can stay on the page
The webinar opens at the scheduled time. Visitors who keep the page open join automatically, subject to capacity. If the host has not started broadcasting, they see a waiting message. The browser may ask them to enable sound.
Manage or delete a webinar
Open the webinar from your workspace Overview to manage it. Deleting a webinar disables its joining links and ends an active broadcast.
